🤝 Partnership Objectives:

With Team4Tech, BCI hopes to redesign the EduBox concept, integrate innovative applications, test & fine tune the same over the next 3-5 years with a vision to scale. BCI imagines that this redesign will make their education more relevant, drive higher & faster learning outcomes, enhance digital participation of excluded communities & allow data-based decision making.

Barefoot College International Partnership Overview

Grant Budget Analysis:

<aside> <img src="/icons/library_gray.svg" alt="/icons/library_gray.svg" width="40px" /> Barefoot College International used their grant to invest in the Solar EduBox and Content Studio setup. This was done to support their project with Cadence, as the EduBox and Content Creation are two main parts of the project. This supports BCI’s goal of strengthening the EduBox.

Pro Bono Capacity-Building Projects:

Team4Tech Impact:

The partnership with Team4Tech has allowed BCI to make substantial progress towards their goal of strengthening the EduBox and BCI Sustainability curriculum through the 2023 project with Cadence and the 2023 Grant. The grant gave BCI the funds to purchase a solar EduBox, and the project modernized the EduBox to with new emerging technologies and increased access to smartphones and 3G/4G mobile internet. Also, the project researched and developed BCI curriculum packages.
