- March 2021: Skills for Impact: Project #2 with Salesforce (drop down for more)
Team4Tech Impact:
- In 2021, COOP secured a strong first project team through their Salesforce partnership that was fully aligned with their top priority. COOP built a solid project scope, and they had internal buy-in and capacity to support the execution of that work.
- The project aligned with COOP’s long-term goal of engaging COOP alumni in a more meaningful way to create organic ambassadors for their organization as they move upwards in their careers via a technology solution.
- Going into 2022, COOP had a clearer vision and new capacity on the team to take on additional pro bono projects and will continue to look towards achieving this goal.
- 2022 was a huge growth year for COOP. Their Fall 2022 cohort surpassed their Spring 2022 cohort in size, growing their total enrollment figures by about 40% over 2021 figures.
- Much of COOP’s engagement with the Team4Tech team has been delayed as they were building out the team that would be working with Team4Tech, including the Senior Director of Technology and Managing Director of Finance and Operations.
- COOP is excited to share that both of those roles have recently been filled, which means COOP will have more bandwidth to focus on pro bono projects.
- COOP had strong metrics in 2022. Fall 2021 alumni are at 70% fully employed at just under 1 year post completion and Spring 2022 alumni are at 51% fully employed at approximately 6 months post completion. Fall 2021 alumni have a median income of $57,500 and Spring 2022 alumni are earning a median salary of $52,500.
- Additionally, in Spring 2023, COOP will launch an inaugural virtual program in Miami. This new market will expand their reach to the Southeast and will set them on a path to serve 10,000 underemployed, first-generation college graduates by 2025.
