<aside> 📌 Dignitas empowers educators and school leaders to transform opportunities for the next generation. Dignitas school partnerships are designed to transform leadership practice and classroom practice in a way that improves children’s learning and well-being. Their training and coaching partnerships strengthen leadership and improve instructional quality, and, in some cases, provide infrastructural support to help schools create an environment where all children fufill their potential, especially in typically underserved communities.

🤝Partnership Objectives:

Dignitas partners with Team4Tech to leverage technology to enable broader and deeper impact—reaching more educators and offering a wider variety of learning and engagement opportunities to those already in reach, with the desired outcome of positively impacting the learning outcomes of more children.

Dignitas has three partnership goals:

1. digitization of the current training curriculum
2. integration of digital content for current program participants to offer supplementary learning, practice, and collaboration opportunities
3. development of a strategy to make content accessible to educators in hard-to-reach, typically marginalized, and under-served communities.
