Background:

<aside> 📌 Since 2012, Reap Benefit has built a movement of 10 million action-oriented citizens called Solve Ninjas at a hyperlocal level by 2030 to solve climate and civic issues. They have activated the agency of 3.5% of India’s youth to become local leaders in their communities- leading to increase in 21st century skills, building resilient communities; systemically addressing 12 out of 17 SDG goals.

🤝 Partnership Objectives:

Partnering with Team4Tech, Reap Benefit aims to use low-code standard technology, behavior science, AI, and machine learning to strengthen the Solve Ninja Platform. Team4Tech will support the organization’s efforts in digitizing the curriculum, enhancing data visualization tools to assist in data-driven decision-making, curating behavioral nudges, and creating more inclusive learning methods. In specific, the support will be needed on:

Team4Tech Impact:

Reap Benefit has utilized support from Team4Tech to continue working towards their long-term goals and to scale their impact.

• First, Reap Benefit utilized the Team4Tech grant to support strengthening their chatbot, a long-term goal of theirs, and invested in expenses for mentor and intermediary training, which strengthens their overall program and ability to be thorough in projects and trainings done.
• The project with Zendesk will also have a large impact on Reap Benefit and aligns well with two of their long-term goals.
  • The project’s two main objectives support Reap Benefit’s long-term goal of activating 7 million Solve Ninjas with relevant 21st-century skills to become local leaders in their communities.
    • The proposed event is aimed to excite, innovate, and activate Solve Ninjas towards a city-wide impact regarding topics like tech or policy. This bootcamp will increase the skills around problem-solving today and ignite Solve Ninjas to be active in their local community.
    • By converting 5 playbooks to video and audio content and providing a replication process, Reap Benefit can work towards reaching their desired outcome for this goal, being 50 playbooks by utilizing the replication framework.
  • Reap Benefit requested support in enhancing nudges and curriculum delivery through WhatsApp chatbot and IVRS for low-tech and underserved communities, which is one main goal of the project.
