Their mission is to support young women in local capacity-building development for innovation, technology, leadership, and entrepreneurship in Uganda, offering a collaborative environment for training, mentorship, and knowledge to drive social and economic development in the region.

🤝 Partnership Objectives:
WITU’s mission is to empower young women and girls by training them in technology, entrepreneurship, and leadership skills to enable them to find gainful employment or start their own businesses. Together with Team4Tech, WITU is working to **inspire more young women to take on technology-related careers, become entrepreneurs, and become experts in their field—**training others and leading their country and, thus, reversing their historical role in Uganda.
